What is Faith

This Worship Service will explore the meaning of faith. How does your faith guide you or how does it reveal itself to others, or does it? In the Living Tradition of Unitarian Universalism we shall ask ourselves and ponder the question: What does it mean to have faith?

“To have faith is to trust yourself to the water. When you swim you don’t grab hold of the water, because if you do you will sink and drown. Instead you relax, and float.”    – Alan Watts

As part of this service we welcomed several new Members into our SUUF community. It was held in the sanctuary at the JCSVV, located at 100 Meadowlark Drive, and featured live performance by guest musicians, Four Shillings Short.

Meet our newest Members (L-R): Denise Wynne, Lou Ann & Thomas Bruck, Tara Blackstone & Bill Horn, Piya Jacob, Jan Anderson & Pat Murphy, joined by SUUF President Tanya Mayer and Reverend Anthony Johnson.
