Thanksgiving & Thanksgrieving

It has been four-hundred years since the first Thanksgiving was held, on land renamed Plymouth, Massachusetts. This day marks a celebration for many and a day of mourning for some. We will offer a container for both stories to be recognized. Let us consciously be aware of the joy and power inherent in truth-telling as we embrace a sense of gratitude for the gift of life.

This in-person service features guest musicians Four Shillings Short.

Our in-person services take place in the sanctuary at JCSVV. This week’s service was recorded and is now available for viewing on our YouTube channel using this link.

For everyone’s protection during the ongoing pandemic, we continue to adhere to several safety protocols against transmission of the Covid-19 virus, including the wearing of masks and social distancing. Please visit the “Home” page on this website for complete details prior to attending our in-person services (displayed under “Recent News”).
