With the Covid-19 outbreak in March 2020, SUUF followed UUA recommendations to cancel in-person services until it was safe to continue having them. Without a minister for the following year, we gathered virtually each Sunday starting in Sept 2020 by viewing recorded services on YouTube, created by our talented musical director Susannah Martin. Guest ministers recorded sermons for these productions, which were interspersed with occasional live services on Zoom, through Aug 2021.
