We build community by getting to know other SUUFers while enjoying good food and conversation. And they are fun!

Anyone can attend a Friendly Feast - it is understood that not everyone can commit to hosting so you need not host to attend. That said, hosts are needed and appreciated!

Hosting means providing a space for the feast and a main dish. Guests bring a side dish, salad, or dessert. The feast can be breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. The number of guests is determined by you; usually between 4 – 6.

Each month’s feasts are held on the 3^rd Saturday of the month - 3 hosts per month is ideal.

It's easy to sign up as a host or a guest in the lobby on Sundays. Guest signup sheets usually appear at the beginning of each month for that month’s Feasts.

Women’s Lunches are generally held monthly on the 3rd Wednesday at noon, although this is subject to change, so please watch for other announcements.  

This month's gathering will be held at the Golden Goose in West Sedona.

You should receive an email invitation to which you can RSVP or you can respond directly to Barb Malat. You’re always welcome to join us!  It’s always fun to see friends and enjoy good conversation over lunch.

Where friends share feelings and ideas, laugh and cry together, and grow closer. We discuss a broad range of topics suggested by the participants. You’re invited to join us!
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month from 10:30 am - 12 noon, unless otherwise indicated. You’re welcome to join us in person or on Zoom - no RSVP needed.
