Although there\u2019s lots of diversity among Sedona Unitarian Universalist Fellowship members, there are also many things they agree on and hold sacred.\u00a0 Here are a few of them:<\/p>\n

  1. Big Love \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>They\u00a0<\/strong>affirm that every person is worthy and deserving of love.<\/li>\n
  2. Hell Outta Here –\u00a0<\/strong>They\u00a0don\u2019t believe in hell, nor in any other kind of eternal afterlife punishment.<\/li>\n
  3. World Wide Web \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>They\u00a0<\/strong>feel\u00a0connected to all other forms of life, and care about tending to that web of relationship and interdependence.<\/li>\n
  4. Curiosity Nourishes the Cat \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>They celebrate\u00a0questions and curiosity. They don\u2019t think curiosity kills cats (or humans); it actually nourishes and expands their knowledge and imagination.<\/li>\n
  5. Heaven on Earth \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>They\u00a0believe and work towards creating a more equitable and just society right here, right now.<\/li>\n
  6. Co-Exist \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Theirs is\u00a0a pluralist faith; they affirm all the wisdom traditions of the world and don\u2019t believe any one is better than all the others.<\/li>\n
  7. All Souls –\u00a0<\/strong>You don\u2019t need your soul saved, your soul is already awesome.<\/li>\n
  8. Their Holy Trinity: Community, Liberation and Love \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>People in their\u00a0community collaborate to explore what it means to be human and to center their life on love and liberation.<\/li>\n
  9. When Life Gives You Lemons, Turn to Community –\u00a0<\/strong>They affirm mutual care and nourishment. Because our world faces many challenges, people need one another now more than ever.\u00a0 SUUF welcomes people to join with them\u00a0in celebrating life and in supporting each other.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
